This wouldn’t be possible without great people - people just like you.We are pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity within our Asset Management division for a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant. This role presents the chance to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team, drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced and impactful environment.The successful candidate will:
  • Coordinate comprehensive financial and cost accounting operations for the Asset Management Business Unit, ensuring alignment with organisational budgets and contractual requirements.
  • Support the DBCT P/L 5-Year Plan through the development and management of operating and capital expenditure.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and legislative frameworks—zero tolerance for risk exposure
  • Deliver high-impact business analysis and forecasting to meet Asset Management Business Unit targets.
  • Produce monthly cost reports for seamless integration into corporate reporting
  • Coordinat monthly and quarterly forecasting across capital, inventory, and operating spend.
  • Spearhead the Asset Management Business Unit annual business plan budgeting.
  • Support Commercial Services in delivering smooth, audit-ready financials.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures for budget reviews, data collation and performance tracking.
The following attributes will be held in high regard for this role:
  • 10+ years or significant experience in business Accounting
  • Tertiary qualifications preferably in finance
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
