Sales Development Representative (B2B/SaaS)

- Conduct market research to identify new projects, trends, and potential clients in the loading dock and logistics space.
- Prospect and establish relationships with stakeholders in Facilities Management, Commercial Real Estate Management, and related businesses.
- Set up and qualify discovery meetings for the Head of Loading Docks.
- Maintain and grow the current opportunity pipeline while generating new leads through outbound outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align messaging and campaigns for the sector.
- Provide regular insights and feedback on customer needs, market shifts, and competitive positioning.
- You possess a Degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise deal selling.
- Proven experience selling to or working with Commercial Real Estate Management, Access Control, or Parking Software companies is advantageous.
- You have extensive research abilities and a knack for digging deep into databases and market insights to uncover new opportunities.
- You are proficient in CRM systems and sales tools (preferably Salesforce).
- You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to engage with and build credibility with industry professionals.
- You are a proactive self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a growth mindset, and can thrive in fast-paced environments.
