*12 months contractKey Responsibilities
- Lead and configure SAP Payroll components, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules.
- Review and optimize the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) to enhance payroll operations.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability.
- Support payroll execution and troubleshoot issues in Employee Central (EC) Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, preferably in the UK or other European countries.
- Provide training and develop documentation for end users.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll-related queries and escalations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Payroll.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience in optimizing and innovating HR business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and status reporting.
- Familiarity with the SuccessFactors roadmap and upcoming product releases.
