
PMO Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee stage gate processes across the SAP program, ensuring compliance with governance, quality, and audit requirements
- Administer PMO quality frameworks, ensuring documentation, approvals, and deliverables are completed to the required standards
- Provide quality assurance oversight for key project phases, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), cutover and go-live readiness
- Monitor and review project artefacts, test evidence, risk and issue logs, and other controls to ensure audit readiness
- Partner with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality checkpoints are met at every stage
- Produce reporting for Steering Committees and program leadership on quality, stage gate readiness, and compliance status
- Strong background in PMO management and quality assurance within large-scale technology programs, ideally SAP or ERP implementations
- Demonstrated experience managing stage gates, governance, and compliance processes in complex project environments
- Technical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, including SIT and UAT testing phases
- Ability to administer processes, track compliance, and prepare documentation for audits and assurance reviews
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence delivery teams and ensure accountability for quality
The right candidate will have ideally worked within a PMO on a similar program and have a sound understanding of SDLC, SIT, UAT etc, ideally within an SAP program.
