
Engineering Specialist - Communications Technologies

- Develop and monitor technical plans, managing change processes and configuration control
- Perform systems engineering tasks aligned with safety and regulatory frameworks
- Support project delivery, ensuring system integrity and compliance
- Maintain current knowledge of communication, navigation, surveillance, and air traffic management systems
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to develop specialized skills
- Uphold safety standards and actively identify and mitigate system safety risksWhat We’re Looking For- Tertiary qualification in Engineering; eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (e.g., RPEQ)
- Proven experience in systems engineering of complex, safety-critical systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Desirable: Experience with aviation Safety Management Systems and Civil Aviation Safety Regulations
