- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle—from early planning and design coordination through to completion and handover.
- Manage budgets, programming, risk registers, and value-engineering to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee subcontractor and consultant management, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Drive project profitability through effective procurement and financial controls.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met to the highest level.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while leading high-performing site teams.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with exposure to apartments or commercial projects valued $30M+.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial acumen in budget control, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Lead a flagship $35M apartment project in a prime Melbourne location.
