- Providing administration support to internal teams and executives
- Assisting with office events and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Previous experience in reception, guest services, or corporate front-of-house
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Immaculate presentation and professional communication style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams
- A proactive, flexible approach - comfortable supporting occasional events outside core hours
