Job DescriptionProduction WorkersOur client is a national leader in flour, ingredients and bakery solutions with a reputation built on quality, consistency and creativity. We are looking for 5 x motivated production workers to join a dynamic team at the Taren Point facility. This is your chance to contribute to a brand that’s trusted by households and businesses across Australia.Hours: 3.30pm-11.30pm Monday to FridayAbout the roleAs a key member of the production team, your main duties will include:

Operate production machinery to ensure optimal performance
Prepare and load raw materials
Batching, mixing and packaging of products
Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
Follow strict hygiene, safety and food handling protocols
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will possess the following:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Available Monday to Friday with full working rights
