- Partner with leaders to deliver tailored People & Culture solutions aligned with school priorities.
- Provide expert advice on performance management, workforce planning, talent development and employee relations.
- Lead employee lifecycle processes in collaboration with P&C Advisors and Administrators.
- Conduct investigations and grievance resolution with fairness and transparency.
- Coach leaders to foster team engagement, wellbeing and performance.
- Leverage HRIS and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor P&C team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- Strong generalist HR experience with deep knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards.
- Capacity to establish credibility as trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, negotiate and build consensus
- High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a practical and strategic mindset.
- Ability to lead change and deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
