- An exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming or experienced EA – step into a fast-paced, varied role supporting a growing, digital-first business where you’ll gain exposure to senior leaders and make a real impact.
- A dynamic and varied role with real impact – from executive support and event coordination to travel and systems management, no two days will be the same.
- Permanent, full-time role based in the Perth CBD with a brand new fit-out
- Managing busy diaries and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinating travel, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Organising team events and celebrations (such as all-staff townhalls and offsites).
- Administering expenses including purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
- Providing limited executive support across the Kleenheat leadership team.
- Handling other EA duties to keep things running smoothly.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex business supporting a busy executive.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- The curiosity to explore how AI can evolve the role of an EA
