About the RoleDue to an internal promotion, 2x unique Program Administrator roles have become available a this leading auditing, certification, and training provider in the agribusiness space.Manage the administration and coordination of an interesting and complex audit and compliance program within this company’s small stock OR livestock sector. You will work in either the commercial area or in the standards/industry support area depending on your capabilities, supporting the designated Program Manager and reporting directly to the Head of People & Capabilities.Working closely alongside the program managers, coordinators, and the broader established team, these unique roles will suit an emotionally intelligent and adaptable individual with the ability to exercise maturity and diligence on a day-to-day basis.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Managing the assigned program administration requirements of the company’s small stock or livestock Commodity
  • Responding to queries, and accurately administer key data, documentation, and information within the assigned program
  • Support the Program Manager and/or coordinator with audit reports, workflow status, client feedback, KPI metrics and various other program specific duties
  • Regularly follow-up and review Field Auditors’ reports for accuracy and potential gaps in required data
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, auditors, program managers, technical reviewers and other key internal and external stakeholders of the business
  • Accurately review relevant documentation and progress through the designated approval process in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a current and in-depth knowledge of assigned program(s) and relevant industry requirements
Skills & Experience Required
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and an innate ability to exercise resilience and patience
  • Ability to focus on important technical tasks
  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems and processes
  • Demonstrated competence with digital platforms and an ongoing commitment to master various systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail - you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging environments, and maintain professionality and composure at all times
  • Strong written and verbal comprehension skills
  • Ability to ask questions and seek clarification where required to ensure smooth follow-through of instructions
  • Due to the location of this office you will need to have access to your own transport
