- Keep people records, reporting, employee files and system data accurate and up to date
- Challenge and improve how we work, always looking for smarter ways to get things done
- Make sure processes are followed and compliance is maintained
- Manage onboarding so every new team member has a smooth start and the system reflects it
- Answer queries about people, processes and policies with care and clarity
- Deliver accurate, timely HR processes to support managers and team members
- Drive efficiency by helping implement and embed process improvements
- Partner with P&C functions (Business Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll, L&D) to deliver great outcomes
- Support people projects and initiatives that shape our culture and future
- Experience in systems or admin within People & Culture (retail a bonus!)
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to compliance
- Curious mindset, always asking “how could this be better?”
- A practical problem solver who thrives on improving processes
- Able to juggle deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Skilled at building strong relationships across teams
- Resourceful, resilient and results-driven
- Work mostly from our brand-new Chadstone office (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH optional)
