  • Keep people records, reporting, employee files and system data accurate and up to date
  • Challenge and improve how we work, always looking for smarter ways to get things done
  • Make sure processes are followed and compliance is maintained
  • Manage onboarding so every new team member has a smooth start and the system reflects it
  • Answer queries about people, processes and policies with care and clarity
  • Deliver accurate, timely HR processes to support managers and team members
  • Drive efficiency by helping implement and embed process improvements
  • Partner with P&C functions (Business Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll, L&D) to deliver great outcomes
  • Support people projects and initiatives that shape our culture and future

  • Experience in systems or admin within People & Culture (retail a bonus!)
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to compliance

  • Skilled at building strong relationships across teams
