We're seeking an experienced Integration & RPA Engineering Manager to guide a talented cross-functional engineering team delivering next-generation integration, automation, AI, and application development solutions.The RoleIn this role, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver high-impact platforms and services. You'll oversee projects spanning MuleSoft, UiPath, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and a custom-built system, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that connect systems and streamline business processes.This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a values-driven organisation that champions innovation, sustainability, and long-term thinking. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital capabilities of a trusted financial institution without just maintaining the status quo, but reimagining it.What you'll do:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver integration, automation, and AI solutions

Design and implement APIs using Mulesoft, RPA workflows, and custom applications

Own product vision, roadmap, and platform health for integration and automation services

Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes that deliver measurable value

Your Profile

8+ years in software/integration engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, UiPath, and Power Automate
Strong understanding of integration patterns, automation frameworks, and enterprise application platforms
Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and low-code/custom development
A track record of delivering complex solutions in agile, fast-moving environments
