Due to significant and sustained growth, our Mining, Infrastructure & Project Delivery are searching for a Planner/Scheduler to support our SA project delivery team.You will be a competent and proven Scheduler/P6 Planner, responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting against schedules and at times be asked to support cost and risk management. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.The Opportunity:Due to significant and sustained growth, our Mining, Infrastructure & Project Delivery are searching for a Planner/Scheduler to support our SA project delivery team.You will be a competent and proven Scheduler/P6 Planner, responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting against schedules and at times be asked to support cost and risk management. This role will be based in Adelaide.What you'll do:
  • Maintain and review integrated schedule.
  • Obtain regular information from various stakeholders on progress against agreed schedule.
  • Consolidate reporting from external parties with audit and verification data from team managers.
  • Work jointly with the PMO functional group to provide a support for project or program performance.
  • Sense check data and schedules for validity.
  • Problem solve scheduling issues within and across delivery packages.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on the project's progress against its approved schedule.
  • Analyse and assess schedule interfaces, provide solutions.
About you:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally Planning / Scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
  • Competent skills in Microsoft applications.
