RoleWe are looking for an experienced E2E Business Analyst, who has hands-on experience in both traditional waterfall and agile project delivery, and should be comfortable using various tools and applying various techniques and methodologies as part of the project to effectively deliver quality business analyst deliverables. The E2E Business Analyst role works collaboratively across the business to refine customer use cases, define business requirements, co-ordinate the design of the end to end business processes and track the delivery of business requirements, engaging broadly across EB, IT, Networks and external vendors The E2E Business Analyst works within the program teams to ensure business requirements are scoped and delivered, while ensuring that the solutions contribute to a reliable and efficient end to end business operation.Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery;

Responsible for the delivery of Business Requirements and End to End Business Processes;

Responsible for Business Analysis Improvement initiatives

What You'll Need:

5 years experiences working in ICT/ Telecommunications

Experience in E2E Business Analyst roles in large and complex programs including:

o Requirements planning, elicitation, management and verification;o Process Mapping

Experience in working on New Product Development and Enhancement programs

Minimum 5 years experience in product development and transformation programs

Knowledge of Mobile, Fixed Carriage, ICT, IOT Products

Understanding of Enterprise Business systems and processes

Familiarity with Business Analysis toolset and templates (BRS, RTM, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Visio, Excel)

Desirable

Project Management/ Delivery (waterfall and agile) certifications

Agile and/or Scaled Agile (SAFE) experience

Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
