- Support a culture of performance and accountability by partnering with supervisors and managers on performance and development of employee providing support, guidance, and direction to employees in seeking HR support and/or escalation to Manager where required.
- Support the implementation of proactive training strategies and solutions across the business.
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment or similar.
- 2+ years as HR Coordinator or administration experience.
- Track record in influencing and driving change.
- Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Proven collaborative, customer focus that develops practical solutions.
- Knowledge of Workcover and RTW processes.
