
HR Officer - Morning Shift

- Providing HR advice, coaching and support to production managers, supervisors and employees
- Maintaining adequate manning levels for the business
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Leading investigations and performance management processes
- Managing trends in attendance, absenteeism and turnover
- Ensuring and supporting positive employee relations
- Updating and maintaining HR records (Success Factors HRIS)
- Ensuring the safety of all employees and abiding by WH&S legislation
- HR qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with and the ability to have difficult conversations
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to influence and perseverance to improve processes
- Ability to cultivate professional working relationships at all levels of the business
- Ability to work day or night shifts on a 38-hour week; Monday to Thursday (flexibility is essential)
- Must hold Australian working rights
- Intermediate computer skills specifically within MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
