Selection CriteriaTo be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with Medication endorsement.
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse that applies to a anaesthetic and recovery clinical setting
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and be able to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
  • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
  • Current computer skills and ability to use health information systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement person-centred practice.
  • Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
