This is a all-rounder role where you’ll manage stock and invoicing while also supporting front-of-house operations during quieter periods.This role will be paid in line with the Fast Food Industry Award, Level 3.Key duties include:

Managing goods receivable and placing orders with suppliers
Verifying and submitting invoices accurately
Training team members in store processes and procedures.
Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards
Reporting and communicating necessary information and feedback to the Store Manager regarding any and all aspects of store operations
Assisting with food and beverage preparation, including coffee service when required

About YouTo succeed in this role you’ll bring:

1-2 years experience in inventory or stock control within a food business (required)
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Barista experience is highly regarded (training can also be provided on the job)
Strong understanding of café operations in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
