
BID Coordinator

- Coordinate end-to-end bid and proposal development processes, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and tender responses
- Collaborate with technical teams to extract and develop relevant content, ensuring alignment with client needs and bid strategy
- Manage submission timelines, ensuring inputs from various stakeholders are gathered and finalised on schedule
- Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand and tone
- Maintain and update bid content libraries, team CVs, case studies, and project sheets
- Support other marketing and communication initiatives as needed, including capability statements and client presentations
- 2–4 years’ experience in a bids, marketing, or communications role (preferably within professional services or engineering/construction sectors)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or other design/layout software (highly desirable)
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly organised
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable)
