
Senior Facilities Manager

- Serve as the primary facilities management contact for the client on key Sydney assets
- Build and develop effective relationships across all client organisational levels
- Implement building procedures and performance measures to maintain operational excellence
- Provide 24/7 emergency call support with site attendance when required
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations
- Contribute to and make recommendations for improved ESG outcomes
- Ensure provision of a safe working environment across all managed facilities
- Verify compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in facilities management
- Previous experience managing facilities for a commercial client
- Understanding of technical building systems (HVAC, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, BMS)
- Knowledge of lease requirements and tenant management
- Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management experience
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in facilities management software
