- Deliver high levels of customer service during tele interviews with customers
- Ensure tele case completion within agreed service level agreements
- Support the tele bookings consultant
- Continuously look for new ways to improve the customer experience
- Foster a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with team members, sharing knowledge and resources, and contributing to collective problem-solving efforts to achieve shared goals
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or experience as a medical professional
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Active listening skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to engage in active questioning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid working arrangements - 3 days working from home and 2 from their CBD office
