With a strong project pipeline and city-based work.ROLEDue to consistent growth and new project wins, an opportunity has opened up for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site teams across key industrial automation projects internally.In this leadership role, you will take charge of coordinating electrical installation and commissioning works across complex control systems and infrastructure. You'll be hands-on with modern tech, driving safety, quality, and performance on every job.RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising installation, construction, and commissioning of industrial electrical systems
Managing teams through all phases of electrical and automation projects
Overseeing works involving PLCs, VSDs, motor controls, and instrumentation
Reviewing and interpreting electrical schematics and automation designs
Maintaining high safety standards and ensuring compliance at every stage

CANDIDATETo thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Leading Hand managing teams (5+ people)
Background in industrial automation, process control, or heavy electrical installations
Confidence working with PLCs, motor control systems, VSDs, and instrumentation
Experience in industries like manufacturing, water treatment, or processing plants
A high level of motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead from the front
A valid QLD Electrical License and full working rights in Australia
