Training and Systems Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Leave Cover)

- Partner with hiring managers to create tailored training schedules.
- Organise, schedule and run training sessions.
- Facilitate full system and process onboarding.
- Maintain and update user guides (UGs) and product walkthroughs to reflect current processes.
- Create new guides for undocumented workflows.
- Audit and revise outdated documentation to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate monthly business-wide refresher sessions on systems and processes.
- Develop engaging slides and training materials.
- Design follow-up surveys and emails to gather feedback and reinforce learning.
- Create posts to summarise and share insights from each session.
- Assist in facilitating the sessions as needed.
- Draft and update communications for all system maintenance and incidents.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and clear messaging is shared with impacted users.
- Expand the training registry to include non-core systems and tools.
- Develop and maintain resources that support broader business training needs, this may be in the form of user guides, online learning modules, frequently asked questions or pre-recorded sessions.
- 1-2 years experience, we’ll open to someone early in their career looking to progress
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confident facilitating training and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with documentation, knowledge base creation, and training content development.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Background in learning and development, internal communications, or systems training.
- Familiarity with tools like Whatfix (Digital Adoption), StatusIO (Incident status page), Blink (Internal Intranet) and/or Learning Management Systems.
- Experience working in recruitment, product / technology environments.
- Knowledge of survey platforms and feedback tools (e.g. Survey monkey).
