- Be an advocate and technical lead for Caseflow, our document automation and matter workflow system.
- Engage with stakeholders to create and continuously improve Caseflow processes, prioritising client requirements and business value delivery.
- Critically assess and reverse engineer business processes to reduce friction, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional quality aligned to our client's expectations.
- Document and publish Caseflow developed solutions to improve transparency and support a well-documented technical environment.
- Have a growth mindset, challenge legacy views and be open to learning new skills and systems.
- Maintain precedents and templates in Caseflow.
- Create and maintain Caseflow SSRS reporting.
- Administer and maintain Caseflow web portal.
- Management of Caseflow user licenses.
- Train and assist Caseflow users in further developing their knowledge of Caseflow.
- Liaise with vendors for provision of external support as needed.
- Maintains cyber security at all times. Cultivate an awareness of security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practises and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks.
- Advanced Caseflow Development skills.
- Sound understanding of the different areas of law.
- Strong comprehension, critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and administrative ability.
- Excellent literacy and presentation skills.
- SQL, SSRS and PowerBI reporting experience desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' law firm experience
