Synergie is currently seeking several Saw Operators to join our client’s production team in Dry Creek. These are ongoing roles with a strong view to permanency, offering hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Pay Rate – $31.19 per hour (including casual loading) + penaltiesWhat’s on offer:
Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 5:50am – 2:00pm
Overtime available, paid at penalty rates (including optional Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate saw machinery and accurately enter measurements
Perform manual handling, lifting, and moving of materials
Use hand and power tools when required
Follow operating procedures to maintain quality standards
Keep work areas tidy and safe at all times
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
Accuracy with measurements and strong attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of safe manual handling
Reliable and committed to teamwork
Good communication skills
