- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to existing customer mortgages/loans.
- Acting with urgency and empathy to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively identifying and developing solutions for customers experiencing financial hardship.
- Delighting customers by always looking for new opportunities to improve their experience.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall customer journey.
- A strong background in a call centre or customer service environment, with proven experience handling difficult calls or customers.
- Exceptional empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
- A demonstrated ability to resolve disputes and maintain a strong customer focus.
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work a rotating roster between 7.45am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Competitive pay rate of $38.99 per hour.
