Strategic Program Management
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms - working with marketing, tech and product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem.
- Define and execute tactical and strategic plans towards achieving the program vision and goals through efficient program, operations and stakeholder management.
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for new technology adoption and process improvement initiatives.

- Drive end-to-end campaign workflow management across channels and lifecycle stages, ensuring excellence in execution, timely delivery, and quality control of all marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute data-driven marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and drive retention.
- Partner with global teams to identify and localize best practices for APAC markets.
- Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems, and project management frameworks to optimize marketing operations and team efficiency.Analytics and Optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer engagement.

Your average day will be dynamic and you'll collaborate with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence and peer marketing functions. We seamlessly transition from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed execution, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
