Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager with a strong focus on governance and compliance to join their stable finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing finance operations with a close eye on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Lead and manage a team of Two Specialists to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the preparation and review of Monthly BAS, Annual IT & FBT returns
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on changes to financial regulations and proactively adapt policies and procedures as necessary.
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
CA or CPA qualified
Proven experience in a senior finance role with a focus on compliance.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
