
Occupational Therapist - Clinical Lead

- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
- Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
- PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly professional development sessions + access to our online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs + access up to $10,000/year (if you are based at our clinics in Bowral or Goulburn) for attending PD events through the NSW Rural Doctors Network
- Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour of 1:1 weekly supervision

- Considerable experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably across a diverse range of clients
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
