- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assessing clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist client with their functional limitations and to promote independence
- PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly professional development sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programs
- Supervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour of 1:1 weekly supervision

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) OR eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in occupational therapy
