- Be a passionate subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis (inc. web analytics, app tracking, audience strategy) and possess a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, particularly Google Marketing Platform and associated technologies.
- Help the team identify opportunities and propose solutions to help advance our clients' digital maturity.
- Present to our internal teams and to clients on projects, initiatives or technology updates/use cases.
- Provide support for more junior members of the team, ensuring they are progressively able to take on more complex tasks.
- Using Google Analytics to discover insights or for reporting requirements
- Investigating Google Analytics & Tagging issues.
- Creating and delivering tracking plans and implementation guides
- Configuring and setting up Analytics & Marketing tags with Google Tag Manager
- Implementing tracking solutions, primarily for Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager or other platforms like Segment, Tealium
- Testing and validating tracking implementations
- Designing reporting dashboards with Looker Studio
- Running client measurement workshops or training sessions
- Consult with client's development teams on the tracking solutions
- Work closely with Senior Managers and Directors to improve processes and frameworks
- 4+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Demonstrated expertise in CSS, HTML and JS
- Must have a fluent understanding of the Google Marketing Platform, the main benefits and how to use the Google stack to the greatest advantage of clientsClient-facing experience and are comfortable running workshops, training and client engagements.
