
Supervisor - Logistics

- Supervise day-to-day operations of warehouse, linen store, mailroom, and internal logistics, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, managing performance and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), recommending improvements and corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers (e.g. couriers), ensuring efficient and professional communication
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards across all logistics activities
- Previous supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or healthcare (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to build team morale and drive performance
- Solid understanding of safe manual handling practices, infection control, and workplace health and safety requirements
- High level of initiative, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment
