This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.Supported by our State Operations Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover Fixed Term ContractWhat You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations across Western Australia, ensuring seamless service delivery
Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and satisfaction
Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care - ideally within NDIS
Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable
A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support
Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
Knowledge of current trends and changes in the health and disability sectors
Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach

Additional Requirements:

Current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Evidence of valid work rights in Australia
Australian Drivers licence
