Senior Commercial Analyst - Immediate start

- Partner closely with the Commercial Director to lead annual planning, rolling forecasts, and the design of rebate and promotional strategies.
- Deliver timely and insightful commercial reporting, including tracking sales performance against targets and providing monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks.
- Review and analyse month-end P&Ls with regional and country managers, and support the development of P&Ls for new product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate promotional effectiveness, manage accruals, and provide financial input into campaign planning.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, identify root causes of performance gaps, and contribute commentary for consolidated financial presentations.
- Participate in management meetings, offering financial insights to support strategic decisions across brands, business lines, and geographies.
- Engage with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Dublin, requiring strong cross-cultural communication and flexibility across time zones.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA/CA qualified.
- Advanced Power BI, Tablo and excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving skill and communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently.

- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
