In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bars located inside the casino, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff and inventory.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Demonstrating leadership and support to team members
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as responsible service of alcohol guidelines
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and promotional activities
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and monitor stock rotation to minimise waste
You'll bring the following:
- Previous leadership experience in a high-volume bar environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, overnights and weekends
- Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts
- Have minimum 1 year previous leadership experience in a busy bar environmen
