Senior Financial Accountant

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian accounting standards.

• Responsible for lease accounting, inventory accounting and maintenance of fixed asset register

• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.

• Daily bank reconciliation, including posting of customer receipting and overall bank transactions posting.

• Assist and support the inter-company accounting function including inter-company recharging and month end reconciliation.

• Facilitate and complete statutory audit and annual tax filing.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualification
• Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of Australian and US accounting standards.
• Strong prior experience at a similar level preferably with a global organization
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
