Our client is an industry leading organisation that continues to experience rapid levels of growth and looking to have a hard working Payroll Officer join their team on a full-time basis. The role will offer job security in a permanent position, with the ability to grow your career working with a market leading organisation. There is immense training and support to ensure the candidate is able to upskill their career within the payroll space.The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:
- Processing the weekly payroll for a high number of staff members
- Processing different payrolls for various states across Australia
- Processing work cover, superannuation and payroll tax
- Handling payroll related queries
- Reporting duties to assist the payroll team
- Other ad hoc payroll related duties
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however will not be limited to:
- Have experience within the payroll space within previous roles
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- High attention to detail
- Attractive salary of $80,000-$85,000 + Super (experience dependent)
- Work close to home in Melbourne's East with free on-site parking
- Working from home flexibility a couple of days per week
- Ability to work in a supportive working environment with the ability to upskill
