We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 3 years experience in this position or a Project Manager looking to step into a Senior Project Manager role, to deliver fit-out & construction projects up for a tier 2 builder. You'll be working for one of Australia's leading fit out contractors, with great opportunity for career progression. Overseeing projects from pre-construction to handover
Leading & mentoring project teams
Ensuring compliance with safety & building standards
Building strong relationships with clients & stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with a principal contractor on fit outs and refurbs, ideally in the tier 1 or 2 space
A natural leader & problem solver who thrives under pressure
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Experience with MS Projects, Procore & Jobpac
Bachelors degree in construction or equivalent
