Our client is one of Australia's leading insurance repair builders, delivering high-quality commercial and domestic insurance repairs and assessments across NSW and QLD. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team based in Townsville. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Site Supervisor/Foreperson for all assigned projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.
Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors, working collaboratively with the Repairs Coordinator Team.
Perform hands-on work within your trade skillset as part of daily operations (“on the tools”).
Ensure all subcontracted tasks are completed by appropriately licensed and qualified tradespeople.
Manage the procurement, collection, and organisation of materials, including take-offs and site measure-ups.
Communicate promptly and effectively with homeowners and consistently manage your scope of works to achieve your total repairs budget.

About You:

Trade qualification in the Building and Construction industry is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Expected to own, maintain and use your own tools with the exception of specialty items that can be hired or if agreed to by management.
Knowledge of site development and residential construction techniques.
Competent in basic computer use, with the ability to navigate and operate digital systems effectively.
Prior experience as a Leading Hand is desirable.
Experience working with an insurance builder is desirable.
