Join a well-established national brokerage with a strong presence in the Education sector, managing a large portion of the private schools in the region. You'll be working under solid a very technical and client-focused leader, within a structured and supportive team environment. This role is a key part of the succession plan, offering long-term career progression in a growing portfolio.What are the benefits?

What will you be doing?
  • Manage and grow an established and sizeable portfolio of private schools plus additional accounts
  • Build strong relationships with school boards and financial controllers
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions in collaboration with the broking team
  • Work strategically within a structured support system (claims, debtors, etc.)
  • Achieve sales targets with extensive backing—no cold calling required
  • Contribute to team growth in a firm that values professional development
What do you need?
  • Capabilities across the full product suite including ISR & Liability
  • Prior experience in a broking role managing a portfolio (ideal for someone in a mid-tier firm looking to step up)
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • A self-starter mindset – this role offers autonomy and cannot be micromanaged
  • Ability to work within structured support teams and a collaborative environment
  • Professional presentation and diplomatic communication style to engage with a variety of stakeholders
