You will be responsible for providing a range of reception/clerical and administrative support to the Respiratory Laboratory and its team.You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to patients and staff from the Asthma Clinic.Provide timely and professional reception for all phone calls and visitors to the DepartmentMaintain and provide a high level of customer service and professional standards at all timesManage phone enquires and doorbell for the unit reception deskEnsure all reception area equipment and resources are maintainedManage diary for the Respiratory LaboratoryThe classification for this position is HS21 - Grade 2 Level 5 ($59,049 per annum).Your ContributionYou are a dynamic, highly motivated Administrative Assistant with the drive to become an important member of the Respiratory & Sleep Medicine team. ​You will have well-developed communication and organisational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment.You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with experience in medical terminology.
