This includes liaising withcustomers to clarify requirements, update them on progress of work and delivery of highquality work within SLA timeframes. This may also include attending our customer'spremises to install solutions. Provide problem resolution and trouble-shooting support in the Pronto Xi environment Upgrading of customer's Pronto applications. Follow the Scope Systems' standards and guidelines for application development practicesand storage of source code. Undertake quality testing and evaluation of customizations or new applications prior to rollout to customers. Undertake trouble shooting and debug activities within Scope Systems' applications.
