- A solid grasp of platform algorithms, content optimisation, and audience engagement techniques.
- Skills in both short-form and long-form content production for social media.
- Strong creative instincts combined with an analytical mindset.
- The ability to work with data and translate it into a strategic plan.
- A team-oriented attitude, a willingness to receive feedback, and a desire to stay ahead in a fast-paced digital landscape.
