Camden Council is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our high performing team as a Transformation Project Manager.Reporting directly to the Director Customer & Corporate Strategy, this critical role will lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, building momentum and accelerating progress on high impact change programs.The successful applicant will have a strong track record in leading transformation, combining exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, to drive outcomes that make a real difference.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast paced, high impact environment, where your skills and expertise directly contribute to Camden Council's success. Demonstrated experience in project management of transformational programs
Relevant qualifications in project management, change management, or related field
Experience in facilitating, managing & delivering complex transformation projects and outcomes to achieve goals and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and projects and the flexibility to work with changing circumstances
Experience taking initiative, acting with confidence and working under own direction
High level communication & engagement skills with a strong focus on change management

Desirable:

Sound local government knowledge and/or experience
Understanding and application of current continuous improvement methodology, tools and techniques
