What you’ll do:

Own technical design, architecture, and upgrade strategy for D365 F&O
Configure and extend native features to deliver business solutions
Design and implement custom solutions in X++ and .NET when necessary
Deliver secure, scalable integrations with Azure services and APIs
Lead code reviews, manage technical standards, and ensure best practices
Act as a trusted advisor, championing platform first solutions and minimising technical debt

What you’ll bring:

5+ years hands on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (X++, configuration, integrations)
Expertise in OOTB features, security, and extensibility
Strong Azure integration skills (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps), test automation (RSAT), and release pipelines
Ability to balance business needs with sustainable technical solutions

Bonus points for:

FMCG, eCommerce, or manufacturing experience
Knowledge of Power Platform and related tools
Exposure to D365 CRM or complex third party integrations
