It uses a highly experienced team, specialised equipment, and strategic partnerships to design, manage, and complete complex projects around the world, while always committing to protecting the environments in which they operate.The OpportunityAs a senior leader, the Metal Fabrication / Workshop Manager oversees the entire fabrication department, from planning to delivery. This person needs strong technical skills in metal fabrication, along with excellent leadership and communication abilities. The role involves managing teams, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring fabricated components align with project time lines and safety standards. The manager is also tasked with driving business growth and innovation within the fabrication division.Skills, Experience, & Knowledge

Minimum 8 years of experience in fabrication, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Expert knowledge of structural steel, aluminium, and stainless-steel fabrication.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage fabrication work flows effectively.
High-level project coordination and planning skills with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
Strong business acumen, including estimating, cost control, and strategic planning abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and fabrication management software.
A trade qualification in metal fabrication, welding, or boiler-making is mandatory.
Additional technical qualifications, such as a Diploma in Engineering or Project Management, are highly desirable.
Must possess a C-Class Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and a current White Card.
