The partnerships team is driving significant growth for the SafetyCulture business around the world, and this is an exciting opportunity to become a foundational member of the team.You will own the end-to-end partner enablement journey for the different partners in the SafetyCulture eco-system including solution, technology, services, marketplace and broker partners. Your responsibilities will involve the creation and implementation of a comprehensive enablement program, which will ensure partners have the skills and knowledge they need along each stage of their journey with us.This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our partners' capabilities, drive mutual growth, and ensure they feel as enabled as our internal go-to-market teams.How will you spend your time:
  • Work with new and experienced global partners to create and deliver the end-to-end enablement program for solution, technology, services, marketplace, and broker partners. The program will include components that are for all partners and components that are specific to a certain partner type.
  • Run a regular cadence of enablement sessions with new and established partners including product, new features, commercial, process and industry-focussed enablement (face to face / Zoom, on a 1:1 and 1:many basis, depending on the partner).
  • Directly collaborate with the partners to build their sales, implementation and customer success management skills to ensure they have the required skills and confidence to qualify opportunities, demonstrate the product, and sell. For customers post-sale, ensure their customers' retention and satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver new partner onboarding programs with key milestones, aligned to each stage of the partner journey for each partner type. This will help to reduce partner ramp time and continually up-skill experienced partners.
  • Create a library of partner training content / assets - face to face / workshops / webinars, events, recordings, slides decks, and training courses based on partner needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, customer success and revenue operations, to review and re-purpose existing assets so that partners have access to up-to-date sales and success collateral, tools, and assets.
  • Regularly join partner meetings, and conduct regular partner interviews, which will allow you to have a deep understanding of the needs of our partner ecosystem, and tailor the enablement program to accommodate these needs.
  • Stay updated on product developments, commercial updates, process changes, market trends, and competitor insights to tailor enablement strategies accordingly.Work with marketing to make regular edits, additions and improvements to the partner certification and asset library in the Partner Portal.
  • Manage and own all aspects of the enablement journey within the Partner Portal including regular edits, additions, and improvements.
  • Work with the marketing team to utilize the partner portal for the regular release of updates and newsletters to partners to enhance partner engagement.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partnerships, liaising with product, finance, revenue operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure the success of the partner program and deliver exceptional partner outcomes.
  • Assist the Director of Partnerships and Senior Manager, Partner Marketing in building this foundational program.

  • Experience delivering onsite/online and 1:1/1:many trainings.
Nice to have:
  • Experience building an end-to-end partner enablement program which has delivered results for partners. Proven experience in developing and executing effective training programs for partners.
  • Experience in an GTM / partner enablement role from a SaaS company.
  • Qualifications such as certifications in partner management, instructional design, or project management would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with PRM systems such as Impartner.
  • Experience in creating engaging multimedia content for training purposes, such as videos or interactive modules would be a valuable asset.
  • A proactive approach to staying informed about the latest educational methodologies and adult learning principles can further elevate your effectiveness in this role.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of SafetyCulture's SaaS solutions.
  • Spanish language skills would be an asset.
