Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify and secure new contract manufacturing opportunities across Australia
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximise profitability
Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for seamless delivery
Provide market insights to shape production planning and company strategy
Report on sales performance and achieve/exceed revenue targets
About youWe're looking for a motivated professional who thrives on results and relationships. You will bring:
Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar (MBA highly regarded)
7+ years in B2B sales/business development, ideally in contract manufacturing, co-packing, or private-label production
Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales growth
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and pricing strategies
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market data into action
