Based in Metro and outer regional areas of South Australia, our client is a well-established professional people transport corporation with diverse transfer solutions for their customer requirements.They are looking for a full-time System Analyst who has experience with assessing their IT systems processes and methods, and ability to suggest improvements and modifications to existing system and include new systems to increase the system productivity and meet user needs.Your main duties include but not limited to:

Understanding company business requirements and consider various options in development of new system processes for booking dispatch systems, MDM’S and other online services.
Working closely with the call centre staff and other users of the software systems and analysing its efficiency and formulating strategy to improve the system processes.
Analyse business needs with a view to then analyse, document and test new industry specific software such as MDMs, Apps, Online Services and Dispatch Systems.
Providing Auto cab company functional specifications of the systems and develop strategies to mitigate workflow with Ghost Software.
Providing technical support to users in various roles within the business. Troubleshooting technical issues, outages, and errors with all forms of Software and Hardware.
Performing cloud server administration, updates, and functionality.
Managing User Directory
Set up workstations.
Monitoring performance and maintain system according to requirements.
Maintain internal infrastructure such as cloud servers, network drives, VPBX, routers, firewalls, printers, MDTs, and internal network.
Upgrading hardware and software as and when needed.
Train staff as and when necessary.
Take customer enquiries and offer transport solutions, including automated booking methods.
Ensure data backup and security. Analyse updates and prepare and update user documentation.
Ensure reliable and smooth internal network

Skills and Qualifications Required

Bachelor of Information Technology and at least 12months experience in a similar role
Excellent personal communication skills, record keeping skills, time management and ability to Multi Task
Strong understanding of the latest IT Cloud, Network & Software systems & trends
